Appeals
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), any person who is aggrieved by —
the refusal of the Authority to grant or vary a capital markets services licence;
the revocation or suspension of a capital markets services licence by the Authority;
[Deleted by Act 2 of 2009](d)the refusal of the Authority to grant an approval to a holder of a capital markets services licence to appoint a person as its chief executive officer or director; or
the direction of the Authority to a holder of a capital markets services licence to remove an officer from office or employment,may within 30 days after it is notified of the decision of the Authority, appeal to the Minister whose decision is final.
(2)
An appeal under subsection (1)(d) or (e) may only be made by the holder of a capital markets services licence.
