References in other written law
(1)
Where in any written law reference is made to the Land Office, the Survey Department or the Singapore Land Registry, such reference shall be read as a reference to the Authority.
(2)
The Registry of Deeds referred to in the Registration of Deeds Act (Cap. 269) and the Land Titles Registry referred to in the Land Titles Act (Cap. 157) shall be transferred to the Authority and all references in any written law to the Registry of Deeds or the Land Titles Registry shall be read as references to the Registry of Deeds or the Land Titles Registry, as the case may be, of the Authority.
