Section 14

The Authority may, from time to time, appoint, alter or discharge committees, consisting of one or more persons (whether members or not), and define or vary the terms of reference of those committees.

Subject to the provisions of this Act and to the control of the Authority, each committee appointed under subsection (1) may regulate its procedure in such manner as the committee thinks fit.
