Insofar as it is necessary for preserving the effect of any written law or document on or after 1st January 2003.(a)a reference therein to the Singapore Broadcasting Authority Act shall be read as a reference to the Broadcasting Act; and

(b)

a reference to the Singapore Broadcasting Authority shall be read as a reference to the Media Development Authority of Singapore.[67
