Constitution of Polytechnic
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Polytechnic shall be governed by the provisions of the Constitution set out in the Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, after consulting the Board, amend the Constitution by order published in the Gazette.
(3)
Regulations made under the Constitution shall not be deemed to be subsidiary legislation.
