SECOND SCHEDULESections 2(2) and 38Part 1Actions which also constitute terrorist acts with effect from 29 January 2003 Any act or omission constituting an offence under the Hijacking of Aircraft and Protection of Aircraft and International Airports Act 1978.Part 2Actions which also constitute terrorist acts with effect from 20 February 20081. Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 3, 4, 5 or 6 of the Maritime Offences Act 2003.
2. Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 3 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Bombings) Act 2007.Part 3Actions Which Also Constitute Terrorist Acts With Effect from 2 June 2008 Any act or omission constituting —
an offence under section 4, 5, 6 or 7 of the Internationally Protected Persons Act 2008;
an offence specified in the First Schedule to that Act committed to or in relation to an internationally protected person;
an offence specified in the Second Schedule to that Act committed to or in relation to a relevant premises or a vehicle used by an internationally protected person;
an abetment of or a conspiracy or an attempt to commit —
an offence under section 4 or 5 of that Act; or
an offence mentioned in paragraph (b) or (c).Note: In this Schedule, the expressions “internationally protected person”, “relevant premises” and “vehicle” have the meanings given by the Internationally Protected Persons Act 2008.Part 4Actions Which Also Constitute Terrorist Acts WITH EFFECT FROM 21 November 2010 Any act constituting an offence under section 3 of the Hostage-Taking Act 2010.Part 5Actions which also constitute terrorist acts witheffect from 25 October 2014 Any act or omission constituting —
an offence under section 29 or 31 of the Radiation Protection Act 2007;
an offence specified in the Second Schedule to that Act where committed in relation to any nuclear material;
an abetment of, or a conspiracy to commit, an offence mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);
an attempt to commit an offence under section 29 of that Act;
an attempt to commit, in relation to any nuclear material, an offence specified in items 1 to 4 and 11 to 27 of the Second Schedule to that Act; or
an offence mentioned in paragraph (a), (b), (d) or (e) for which a person would be made liable by virtue of section 34, 35 or 37 of the Penal Code 1871.Note: In this Schedule, the expression “nuclear material” has the meaning given by the Radiation Protection Act 2007.Part 6Actions which also constitute terrorist actswith effect from 10 November 20151. Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 7(4) or (5), 8, 9, 10 or 11(3) or (4) of the Maritime Offences Act 2003.
2.
