Section 13

Before issuing a warrant under section 11(1)(a) or an order under section 11(1)(b), the Judge may require the Public Prosecutor to give any undertakings that the Judge considers appropriate with respect to the payment of damages or costs, or both, in relation to the issuance and execution of the warrant or the making and execution of the restraint order.
