Section 17

Cessation of order or appointment

An order issued under section 11(1)(b) or 15(1) remains in effect until —

(a)

it is revoked or varied under section 18 or 19;

(b)

it ceases to be in force under section 20; or

(c)

the property that is the subject of the order is returned to an applicant in accordance with the law or forfeited to the Government.
