Section 24

Power to require evidence as to identity

An investigation officer may require any person whom the investigation officer reasonably believes to have engaged in an unfair practice or to have knowingly abetted, aided, permitted or procured a supplier to engage in an unfair practice, to furnish any evidence establishing, to the satisfaction of the investigation officer, the person’s identity and, where the person is an individual, the person’s nationality and residential address.[12L
