Application of Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 and other written laws to accounting LLPs

Nothing in this Part affects the operation of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 in relation to its application to a limited liability partnership that is an accounting LLP.

Such provisions of any written law having effect in relation to public accountants or accounting firms as may be prescribed, have effect in relation to accounting LLPs with such prescribed modifications as may be necessary or expedient; and such provisions are to be construed accordingly.
