Section 54

Any public accountant, accounting corporation, accounting firm or accounting LLP who or which is aggrieved with any decision made by the Oversight Committee under section 52 or 53 may appeal to the General Division of the High Court within a period of 30 days (or any further period that the Oversight Committee may allow on application in any particular case) after the service of the decision of the Oversight Committee on the public accountant, accounting corporation, accounting firm or accounting LLP, as the case may be.

The decision of the General Division of the High Court on an appeal under subsection (1) is final.
