Resolutions at adjourned meetings
Where a resolution is passed at an adjourned meeting of the unitholders of a registered business trust or of unitholders of any class of units in the registered business trust, the resolution is for all purposes to be treated as having been passed on the date on which it was in fact passed and not on any earlier date.
