Section 29

Prohibition against transportation by certain means

(1)

A person must not transport or procure the transportation of any inactivated First Schedule biological agent or any inactivated Second Schedule biological agent within Singapore by mail or public transportation.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
