Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“authorised officer” means any officer authorised by the Minister in writing to exercise such power or perform such function or duty under this Act as the Minister may specify therein;“ComCare Fund” means the Community Care Endowment Fund established under section 3(1);“Council” means the Supervisory Council established under section 7.
