Change of limited liability partnership name

An application by a limited liability partnership to change the name under which it was registered is to be lodged with the Registrar.

On approving the application, the Registrar must issue to the limited liability partnership a notice of change of name stating the date of the change.

Any application for a change of a limited liability partnership name is subject to section 24.[19B
