Publication of name and limited liability
(1)
Every limited liability partnership must ensure that its invoices and official correspondence bear the following:
(a)
the name and registration number of the limited liability partnership;
(b)
a statement that it is registered with limited liability.
(2)
Any limited liability partnership which contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $200 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.[27
