Amendment of Sixth and Seventh Schedules

(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend —
(a)
the Sixth Schedule in relation to the list of limited liability partnerships to which this Part does not apply; and
(b)
the Seventh Schedule in relation to the meanings of “significant control” and “significant interest”.
