Withdrawal of application

(1)
The applicant or applicants may, by written notice to the Registrar, withdraw an application to strike a limited liability partnership’s name off the register under section 64 at any time before the limited liability partnership’s name is struck off the register.

Upon receipt of the notice mentioned in subsection (1), the Registrar must —
(a)
send to the limited liability partnership by ordinary post a notice that the application to strike the limited liability partnership’s name off the register has been withdrawn; and
(b)
publish a notice on the Authority’s website that the application to strike the limited liability partnership’s name off the register has been withdrawn.[38B
