Section 67

Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, an application may be made to the Registrar to restore to the register the name of a limited liability partnership whose name has been struck off the register by the Registrar under section 63, if no application has been or is being made to the General Division of the High Court to restore the name of the limited liability partnership to the register under section 63(6).

An application under this section may be made whether or not the limited liability partnership has in consequence been dissolved.

An application under this section may only be made by a former partner of the limited liability partnership.

An application under this section is not valid unless the application is received by the Registrar within 6 years after the date on which the limited liability partnership is dissolved.[38D
