Section 71

Where the name of a limited liability partnership has been struck off and the limited liability partnership dissolved under section 63 or 64, a person who was a partner or manager of the limited liability partnership immediately before the limited liability partnership was dissolved must ensure that all books and papers of the limited liability partnership are retained for a period of at least 5 years after the date on which the limited liability partnership was dissolved.

A person who breaches subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[38H
