Section 81

Amendment of Schedules

(1)

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary any of Schedules.

(2)

The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions to the Act as may be necessary or expedient.

(3)

Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
