Minor using false evidence of age

A minor who uses any evidence purporting to be evidence of his or her age in order to obtain entry to or remain on any casino premises, being evidence which is false in relation to the minor, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
