Section 146E

Any amount of casino tax assessed to be payable under section 146B is, despite any objection or appeal against the assessment, payable in the time and manner stated in the notice of assessment issued by the Comptroller under that section.

The Comptroller may, in his or her discretion and subject to such terms and conditions as he or she may impose, including the imposition of interest, extend the time limit within which payment is to be made.
