Power to require names and addresses

(1)
An inspector who exercises a right of entry to casino premises under section 118 or under a search warrant may require a person on the premises to state the person’s full name and residential address.
(2)
An inspector is not authorised to require a person to state the person’s name or address unless the inspector suspects on reasonable grounds that the person has committed an offence.

Any person who fails to comply with a requirement made under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
