Responsible gambling requirements

(1)
A casino operator must, at all times while the casino is in operation, establish and implement a responsible gambling programme approved by the Authority which meets the responsible gambling requirements prescribed by regulations made under section 200.

A casino operator which contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.
