Obstructing officer of Authority, etc.
Any person who refuses to give access to, or obstructs, hinders or delays —
(a)
any member, officer, employee or agent of the Authority authorised to act for or assist the Authority;
(b)
any inspector or person assisting an inspector; or
(c)
any authorised person,in the discharge of his or her duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
