Section 49A

A casino operator must pay to the Authority a casino licence fee of such amount, at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed.

Any increase in the casino licence fee during the term of a casino licence must be paid in respect of the remainder of the term for which the casino licence is valid, at the rate prescribed.

Despite section 52, the casino licence lapses if any part of the casino licence fee payable is not paid within the time prescribed for the payment thereof.
