Effect, etc., of suspension

(1)
During any period of suspension of a special employee licence, the licensee is deemed not to be the holder of a special employee licence.
(2)
Without prejudice to section 93A(2), the Authority may, at any time, terminate or reduce a period of suspension of a special employee licence.
