Casino layout to comply with prescribed requirements

A casino operator must, in relation to its casino —

(a)

ensure that the casino layout of the casino complies with such requirements as the Authority may prescribe; and

(b)

notify the Authority before making any changes to the casino layout.

Any casino operator which contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.
