Amendment of Schedules

(1)
Subject to this section, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules.

The Minister may prescribe in the order under subsection (1) such transitional, incidental and consequential provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
Every order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
