Exemption
(1)
Subject to any general or special direction of the Minister, the Authority may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons or any health product or class of health products from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
In granting an exemption under subsection (1), the Authority may impose any conditions that it thinks fit.
(3)
An exemption granted under this section may be revoked at any time.
