Section 7

Disqualifications from membership of Board

A person is disqualified to be or from being a member of the Board if the person —

(a)

is not a citizen or a permanent resident of Singapore;

(b)

is an undischarged bankrupt;

(c)

has been convicted in Singapore or elsewhere of any offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude; or

(d)

is totally or partially incapacitated by a mental or physical disability.
