Section 55

The Agency may, subject to the general or special directions of the Minister, either permanently or for such period as the Agency thinks fit, by regulations exempt any, or any class of, person, premises, material or thing from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms or conditions as may be prescribed.[41
