Section 20

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, with or without conditions, exempt any person or class of persons from any or all of the provisions of this Act.

If any exemption is granted under this section with conditions, the exemption operates only if the conditions are complied with.[Secondhand Dealers 1985 Ed., s. 5]
