Section 22

Rules

The Minister may make rules for any of the following purposes:

(a)

to prescribe the fees and charges payable for the purposes of this Act;

(b)

to prescribe the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act;

(c)

to prescribe the records to be kept by secondhand goods dealers and the particulars to be entered therein;

(d)

generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.[Secondhand Dealers 1985 Ed., s. 16]
