Appointment of Licensing Officer and Assistant Licensing Officers
The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a Licensing Officer for the purposes of this Act and may similarly appoint such number of Assistant Licensing Officers as may be necessary.[Secondhand Dealers 1985 Ed., s. 3]
