Section 6

Form and validity of licence

A licence shall —

(a)

be in such form as the Licensing Officer shall determine;

(b)

contain the conditions subject to which it is issued; and

(c)

be valid for such period as may be specified therein.[Secondhand Dealers 1985 Ed., s. 9(a)]
