Section 27

All deeds, contracts, schemes, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before 1st December 2009 to which the Government is a party and relating to the transferred Division or to any person transferred to the service of the Council under section 24 shall continue in force on and after that date and shall be enforceable by or against the Council as if the Council had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the Government.
