Section 9

Form and validity of permit

A permit granted under section 7 must —

(a)

be in the form the Commissioner may determine;

(b)

contain the conditions subject to which it is granted; and

(c)

unless earlier cancelled by or under this Act, be valid —

(i)

in respect of the holding of the particular public assembly or public procession specified in the permit; or

(ii)

for the period (not exceeding one year) specified in the permit.
