Members of Appeals Board deemed to be public servants and protection from personal liability
(1)
The Chairperson, a Vice‑Chairperson and any member of the Appeals Board, in the performance of their functions and duties under this Act, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code 1871.
(2)
No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against any member of the Appeals Board for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of powers under this Act.
