Section 73

Amendment of references in written law or other documents to estate agents

Any reference to a “house agent” within the meaning of the Appraisers and House Agents Act (Cap. 16, 2000 Revised Edition) (in force before 22 October 2010) in any written law or any document is to be construed as a reference to an “estate agent” within the meaning of this Act.
