Protection from liability

No liability shall be incurred by —
(a)
the Agency;
(b)
any director, officer, employee or agent of the Agency; or
(c)
any person acting under the direction of the Agency,as a result of anything done (including any statement made) or omitted to be done in good faith in —
(d)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act;
(e)
the performance or purported performance of any function or duty under this Act; or
(f)
the execution or purported execution of this Act.
