Authorised officers to be provided with all facilities and assistance

Where the Director‑General or any authorised officer exercises a power under this Part, the person against whom the power is exercised or sought to be exercised must provide the Director‑General, authorised officer or any person assisting the Director‑General or authorised officer (as the case may be) with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of the power.
