Section 77

Exemption

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette and with or without conditions, exempt —

(a)

any class or description of goods, business activity or premises from all or any of the provisions of this Act (except Part 4); or

(b)

any class or description of persons from compliance with all or any of the provisions of this Act (except Part 4).
