Certificate as to national interest
For the purposes of this Act, if any doubt arises as to whether anything is necessary for the purpose of, or could be contrary to, the national interest, a certificate signed by the Minister charged with responsibility for that matter is conclusive evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
