Appointment of technical advisor
(1)
The Registrar may appoint one or more technical advisors to provide an opinion to the Registrar with regard to any matter before the Registrar, and to the performance of any of the Registrar’s functions under this Act.
(2)
The Registrar is not bound to accept any opinion provided by a technical advisor appointed under subsection (1).
