Exemptions
(1)
The following orders must not be made in respect of any class of persons, as prescribed under subsection (2):
a protection order made under section 12(2) that provides any thing under section 12(2B)(b), or an expedited protection order made under section 13(1) that so provides;
a protection order made under section 12(2E), or an expedited protection order made under section 13(1B);
(ba)a protection order made under section 12(2F), or an expedited protection order made under section 13(1C);
any order made under Division 2 of Part 3.
(2)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, prescribe the classes of persons, and the orders in respect of each class of persons so prescribed, to which subsection (1) applies.
(3)
Every order made under subsection (2) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
