Section 15

A person who publishes, or authorises the publication of, a remote gambling service advertisement in Singapore shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.

For the purposes of this section, a remote gambling service advertisement that is included on an online location may be regarded as published in Singapore only if the online location is accessed, or is available for access, by end users in Singapore.

This section does not apply to an exempt operator who publishes, or authorises the publication of, a remote gambling service advertisement in accordance with the conditions of its certificate of exemption.

To avoid doubt, this section does not affect the operation of any provision in Part 2.
