Directions to licensee
(1)
The Minister may give written directions to a licensee.
(2)
A direction under subsection (1) may be general or specific.
(3)
If the Minister is satisfied that a licensee has failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a direction under subsection (1), the Minister may impose a financial penalty not exceeding $40,000 on the licensee for the non‑compliance.
(4)
A direction under subsection (1) need not be published in the Gazette.
