Effect of registration
A registered decision of the Seabed Disputes Chamber is to be treated, for the following purposes, as if the decision was a judgment of the Court made on the date on which the decision was registered:
(a)
the force and effect of the decision in relation to the enforcement of the decision;
(b)
the exercise of the powers of the Court in relation to the enforcement of the decision;
(c)
the taking of proceedings for or in relation to the enforcement of the decision;
(d)
where the decision is for the payment of a sum of money, the carrying and computation of interest on that sum.
